The reason I first got into controller system was to elimination of overhead costs associated with valet parking in urban parking garage that use car elevators. After evaluating the operational expenses of managing multilevel parking with valet services, I worked with ownership in recognized that valet parking would result in financial losses. To address this, I pioneered the first automated system allowing drivers to control the car elevator using their car's remote fob. Through extensive research and development, we created detailed blueprints, including specifications for third-party controllers capable of overriding the car elevator control system, enabling seamless operation with a remote fob.
